- Security Breaches: Attempt to bypass or break any security mechanism on any of the Services or use the Services in any other manner that poses a security or service risk to ImbueData or any of its users.
- DoS Attacks: Launch or facilitate a Denial of Service (DoS) attack.
- PII Transmission: Transmit identifiable personal information (PII) without consent or legal basis.
2. Platform Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the data obtained through ImbueData complies with the terms of service of the source platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Twitter). ImbueData serves as a tool; how you use the data is your responsibility.
3. Excessive Use
We reserve the right to throttle or suspend your access if your usage patterns significantly exceed average usage or threaten the stability of our infrastructure.
4. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate any violation of this Policy or misuse of the Services. We may report any activity that we suspect violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other appropriate third parties.
